I used a Minolta system till 2005 when I switched to Canon. I bought my first digital camera, the Canon 20D, in 2006. So, most of the images you will see are scanned images of transparencies shot using Fujichrome ISO 100.

All the digital images are captured on 1 GB, 2 GB, and 4 GB cards and transferred to an Epson P 4000 image storage device. The latter has 80 GB memory and a large LCD screen and is invaluable in the field. These images are, later, transferred to an Apple Macintosh Power PC to work on, using Adobe Photoshop. Back ups are then made on DVDs as well as on a 250 GB Iomega external hard drive. The Mac has been calibrated for colour and brightness using the Optix XR software.
